We advised the International Post Corporation, a cooperative association of 24 member postal operators in Europe, North America and Asia-Pacific, on regulatory principles for the postal sector. The objective was to specify an economic approach towards regulation that enables and supports rather than impedes competition among postal service providers.

On behalf of the International Postal Corporation we have developed a Regulatory Framework Index for measuring regulation and market performance of postal sectors in major European countries.
